Gemini Notebook supports various source types including Google Docs, Google Slides, PDFs, text and markdown files, web URLs, copy-pasted text, public YouTube video URLs and audio files. Each source can contain up to 500,000 words or up to 200 MB for uploaded files.

Gemini Notebook prioritises privacy and security. The sources that you upload stay private unless you choose to share a notebook. Gemini Notebook never trains models on your uploaded data.

Gemini Notebook is available to anyone with a Google Workspace account. Users with a qualifying Workspace plan get access to higher limits and additional features of Gemini Notebook.
