Growth

Donations

Digicloud Africa strives to make a positive impact on social challenges facing our society as all donations made can have a significant impact on small companies as well as non-profit organisations. Donations contribute toward the upliftment of our communities towards the creation of a more equitable society.

Digicloud Africa will ensure that all Donations are not used for improper purposes, such as influencing Government Officials, our partners or any service providers, in keeping with our zero tolerance of Anti-Bribery and Corruption.

Digicloud Africa is required to follow the required processes as outlined by our Donations Policy to ensure that all donations made are transparent and discourage any conflict of interest.

Conflict of interest

Digicloud Africa is committed to doing business honestly and ethically. Digicloud Africa wholly supports ensuring that as a people and as an organisation, it remains unconflicted in business transactions, and appears that way to all relevant stakeholders. Legal consequences often, if not always, follow situations of conflicted interest in the public sector and taint relationships and bring reputational damage in the private and public sector.

Digicloud Africa adopts the policy of avoiding business and circumstances that could give rise to a conflict of interests or that reasonably present the appearance of a conflict. However, some conflicts may arise and in these cases, the conflict must be immediately disclosed and managed. Digicloud Africa encourages and requests that any actual perceived or potential conflict of interest is reported.

No retaliation

Digicloud Africa does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a compliance concern in good faith. Retaliation – such as threats, harassment, intimidation, reassignment, demotion, or firing – has no place in our company. You will not be penalised for refusing to pay or accept a bribe or kickback, even if it results in lost business. Digicloud Africa is committed to preventing bribery, corruption, and unethical behaviour.
