Managing tax and audit deadlines across an extensive client portfolio had become increasingly complex. Manual tracking introduced risks of overdue tasks, offered management limited visibility into team workload, and consumed significant time on routine daily follow-ups.
The solution
wEquipu partnerd with CRI & PARTNERS and developed a custom web application using Google Apps Script. They deployed an automated morning reminder bot (D-1 alerts and manager escalations in case of delays) with modular views (table and kanban), a bilingual interface (FR/EN), and a secure archiving module.
The result
The web application resulted in strict compliance with regulatory deadlines with zero delays. It also resulted in full automation of daily email follow-ups, 360-degree visibility over team workload, and instant generation of print-ready/PDF completion reports – all achieved with zero additional software licensing costs.
