The challenge
Conclase’s recruitment and delivery teams were managing important documents using traditional offline files. A document might move from one person to another for review, then return with edits, while different versions accumulated across inboxes and local computers. The issue wasn’t simply where files were stored. It was how much friction the process created.
The solution
Cecure Inteliligence Limited (CIL) migrated Conclase to Google Workspace, tailoring the environment to its daily operations. The solution included centralised Google Drive storage for client and project documents, real-time collaboration to enable multiple team members work on the same documents without reliance on email attachments, and a seamless migration that minimised disruption to ongoing recruitment and business activities
The result
Tasks that previously involved sending files back and forth can now happen collaboratively in real time. Authorised team members can access files from wherever they were working, while information no longer depends on being stored on a particular employee’s computer. The platform has also remained stable since deployment, with no post-migration issues affecting the team’s operations.
